Good book. Lady C came to my attention again when I saw her in Borat. Also, read about her in Vanity Fair I think. Dominick Dunne had written a little about her history. I still miss his articles as his observations were so astute. Anyway......The only thing I have to warn potential buyers of is DON'T BUY THE EBOOK. I downloaded this book on my Kindle and the pictures just aren't there. I also checked on my laptop. Nope, not there either. I don't mean the pictures of her castle.The author gives the link to those. I mean the pictures the author says are in the book of her tiaras. I would have loved to have seen those.
I've had some issues with the Kindle Library. I like to pass my books on and Amazon makes that difficult. From now on, nothing but print for me.

I picked up a friend's copy of this book and read a chapter which was well researched and easy to read. I shall get my own copy after that taster, so I get another view of the enigma that is Lady C.
This is a story of overcoming all life's adversities. Gary has brought a lively and interesting account of Georgie's challenges and her indomitable courage to overcome all in great style, humour, fury at times always bringing a sensational outcome ! Bravo Nicola C-M
Could not wait to read this book and my anticipation is finally over.
The author has managed to expose both the difficult and the wonderful characteristics of this very unique and exciting lady. It is obvious that he truly has delved beneath the exterior of her soul and with the help of family, friends, acquaintances and a true first hand understanding of her background and a given ability to read people's inner most thoughts was able to relate to the reader what really makes Lady C tick.
She really is one in a million and to have gone through so much in her life and still be able to hold her head up high and be the person she is today shows just how incredible she is.
Definitely well worth reading even for the few who may not like her. This book may just change your mind. As the saying goes one should not judge a book by its cover.
I just purchased 3 copies of " Lady C the Lioness Unleashed" by Robert Gary Dodds. I can't wait to read Gary's book about a unique woman that told the world of about Princess Diana's unhappy marriage in a book of her own. Since then she has written about the other members of the Royal Family, was on a contestant on a British reality show and has just remodeled her own castle. There are more intriguing details of her life I'm anxious to read about in Gary's book. Thank you Gary and Lady C for sharing with the rest of us. Linda Broughton
